Choose the Right Surface
For adhesive installation, choose a clean, dry, smooth, flat surface, such as glass, metal, smooth ceramic tile, or sealed smooth wood. The full adhesive pad should sit flush against the surface.
Rough or textured surfaces require screw mounting. Do not rely on adhesive alone on drywall, cement, painted walls, or wallpaper.
