Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- Orders canceled within this window will receive a 100% refund
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled
Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos or videos of the issue
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Item is defective or not working properly
- Wrong item was sent
- Item not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Situations
We may not accept returns if:
- Item shows signs of use or damage (not caused by us)
- Item is missing parts or packaging
- Incorrect address was provided by the customer
- Delivery failed due to customer-related reasons
